How this retreat will change your life -
Look, this retreat was going to be a one-time thing. That was until I ran it in October 2024 and saw the immense transformation in every person who chose to attend.
Whether you feel overworked, are managing challenging family dynamics, experiencing death & dying in your family, living with chronic pain or fatigue, struggling with the demands of motherhood or just want this year to feel easier, then this retreat is for you.
Here’s what happened within 6 weeks of the retreat (names changed) -
Luella felt she had really “changed a pattern” by allowing herself to feel & sit with the grief of her mother dying.
Dane decided to leave a toxic work environment after being taken advantage of for far too long. He set boundaries with his new work so he did not enter into the same dynamic.
Kate learned to respond to difficult situations in a way “she felt proud” rather than “snapping” or having a “mental breakdown.” She said her family had noticed a huge change in her too.
Tilda was finally able to take care of herself for the first time after becoming a mother. She took time off without feeling guilty, started to take more breaks & holidays without needing to feel like she “deserved” it first.
Gina found a way where the comments from her mother-in-law about being lazy or undeserving started to rebound off her, instead of penetrating deep into her self-worth.
Yindi finally admitted to herself that she was actually stressed & burnt out & this allowed her to seek extra support to manage some her long-term health issues.

Why I created this retreat -
In the mundane monotony of everyday life, you can hope for lasting change but only get so far.
Are you stuck in the grind, questioning the hamster wheel but can’t seem to jump off?
Are you caught between craving finally being the one who is supported, but grappling with the guilt of taking time for yourself, waiting until you hit breaking point? Waiting until it’s too late?
I know it feels scary to invest in yourself - especially when you’ve been giving, giving, giving. Especially when you kind of forget who you are if you’re not tending to everyone else.
I would know - this is the weekend I never allowed myself to have.
An artful balance of learning the skill body-based stress release & remembering to rest for no reason at all, you’ll learn to dissolve stress & tension from your body without needing to rely on long or complicated practices.
My offerings have been described as “many sessions of therapy without having to tell my story or talk about my past.”
In two nights & three days, we have time for rest, play & deep work, all of which combine to form your deepest change yet.

Hello! I’m Brianna.
I’m a Somatic Practitioner & Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
I’ve been creating & running psycho-educational & therapeutic group programs for over 7 years. Something really special always seems to unfold in groups & the backdrop of a stunning nature retreat where all your needs are taken care of really makes the work integrate so much deeper.
I’ve worked with people experiencing complex trauma, mental health challenges including acute psychosis, child removal & domestic violence.
I’ve also worked with young people, veterans & emergency service personnel.
My work combines mental health tools, nervous system retraining, somatic approaches to healing & the wisdom of yoga.
