Acknowledgement of Country.

I acknowledge the Awabakal People, who are the Traditional Owners of the land on which I work & live. I offer my deepest respect & gratitude to the care they’ve taken of this beautiful, coastal area, which has been a source of healing & restoration for over 50,000 years.

I offer my respects to their community - Elders past & present as well as any young people in the community.

I acknowledge First Nation’s tradition of sharing wisdom & connecting with their bodies through storytelling, ritual & dance.

Acknowledgement of Yoga Teachers & Traditional Lineages.

I recognise the traditional lineages of yogic philosophy and spirituality. I acknowledge all the teachers who have come before me, particularly those in South East Asia & India.

I offer respect to my teachers, and the teachers of my teachers,

who have opened my eyes with the torchlight of knowledge.

May I forever live in their shelter.

I welcome and acknowledge people of all backgrounds, experiences, bodies and identities.
