Brianna is a fully qualified Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator, counsellor & a 600HR yoga teacher.

Brianna has worked several years in community & leadership roles supporting individuals to navigate life’s challenges through 1:1 work, program development and policy change.

Brianna's programs have been recognised and awarded for innovation & service to the community.

In addition to 1:1 work, Brianna now runs regular events and retreats in Newcastle, Sydney and online.

Brianna has used somatic work to help her overcome burnout, anxiety & work through the many faces of childhood trauma, giving her an authentic, grounded & embodied approach to everything she shares.
