And I am unfortunately the queen of running myself into the ground.

I’ve been burnt out (big time). I know how unpleasant it is to nurse gut issues, excruciating period pain & ongoing sickness for years. I know what it's like to never have energy for anything.

My journey out of burnout involved many mini burnouts – constantly taking on too much and then depleting myself again.
